This privacy policy is provided by Miroslav Famfulik, the developer of Enlyzr: Personal Health & Activity Tracker.

Enlyzr stores all your activity data locally on your device, including:

• Custom categories and measurement units
• Routine configurations and completion history
• App settings and preferences
• Exported data and backups (when created by you)

1.2 Technical Information

The application itself does not collect any technical information automatically. We only receive technical information when:

• You experience an issue and choose to share details with us via email
• You manually include app version, device model, or error logs in your support request
• You explicitly consent to share diagnostic information for troubleshooting

Important: No automatic crash reporting, analytics, or usage statistics are collected by the application.

1.3 Location Data

Location services are entirely optional and used only for:

• Calculating sunrise and sunset times for calendar features

You can use Enlyzr fully without enabling location services.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Local Processing

All your activity data is processed locally on your device to:

• Display your activities in various views and calendars
• Generate analytics and insights

• Create exports and backups when requested

2.2 App Improvement

6. Children's Privacy

Enlyzr is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe such information has been provided to us, please contact us immediately for removal.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes:

• Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications

Since Enlyzr stores data locally on your device, international data transfers are minimal and occur only:

• When you manually export data to cloud services in other countries

• Activity Data: Stored indefinitely until you choose to delete it
• App Settings: Retained until you uninstall the app or reset settings

For users in the European Union, our legal basis for processing personal data includes:

11. Data Deletion Requests

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data stored by Enlyzr, you can do so through the in-app feedback form or by contacting us at enlyzr@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will assist in clearing all app data or providing guidance to do so on your device.

12. Google Play Services

For in-app purchases and donations, we use Google Play Billing which may collect transaction information according to Google's privacy policy. This includes:

• Transaction details for donation processing
• Google account information used for purchases
• Payment method verification

We do not store or have access to your payment information. All financial transactions are handled securely by Google Play.

13. App Permissions

Enlyzr requests the following permissions to provide its features:

• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Optional permission used only for calculating sunrise/sunset times in the calendar feature. You can use the app fully without granting this permission.
• Storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required for importing and exporting your data, creating backups, and generating reports. Only used up to Android 9 (API 28) for write access.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): For sending routine reminders and activity notifications that you configure.
• Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): To restore your scheduled routine notifications after device restart.
• Billing (com.android.vending.BILLING): For processing optional donations through Google Play.

All permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and can be managed through your device's app settings.
